You gave me a collection of artifacts, estimated to be from around years 1300-1600 AD, found in the area that is known today as the Saint-Lawrence River. My job was to archive these objects, and to take your knowledge as an archaeologist and translate it into digital form so that it, along with these artifacts, could be preserved.

Instead, I destroyed them.
